For 2011, we're asking you to fill out the application form and waiver online if possible. It really is easy! All you need is a recent version of Adobe Reader (free download). Just click on the link below and save the PDF file to your desk top. Follow the instructions for filling out, signing, and returning the file electronically. You'll still need to send your check by snail mail or bring it to an event.
